These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of artizaniashop.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Artizania Shop (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If anything here doesn’t work for you, please don’t use the Site or make a purchase and feel free to reach out if you have questions.

1. Our Products

Every rug we sell is handmade by skilled artisans using traditional techniques, geometric patterns, and natural materials. Because of this, each piece has its own character  and we think that’s exactly what makes them special.

Here’s what that means in practice:

  • Colors, sizes, patterns, and textures may vary slightly from the photos on our Site. This is normal — it’s the result of natural materials, different dye lots, and the handmade process, not a mistake.
  • Minor imperfections like knots, fringes, or slight asymmetry are signs of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.
  • Many of our rugs are one-of-a-kind or made in very limited quantities. Availability isn’t guaranteed until you receive an order confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion  for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock issues. If this happens, we’ll let you know promptly and issue a full refund.

2. Placing an Order & Payment

Orders are placed directly through our Site checkout. A few things to know:

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We never store your full card details.
  • All prices are listed in USD. Applicable taxes are included where required, and shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you are authorized to use the payment method you’re providing.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We take care to pack every order thoughtfully before it leaves our hands. Here’s what to expect:

  • Processing time: Most orders are prepared and shipped within 3–10 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom orders may take a little longer  we’ll always keep you informed.
  • Carriers: We ship with reliable international carriers that provide tracking on all orders.
  • Delivery times: Depending on your location, delivery typically takes between 7 and 30 business days.
  • Risk of loss: Once your order is handed over to the carrier (or delivered to you), the risk of loss passes to you.
  • Customs & duties: For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Delays caused by customs are also outside our control.
  • Lost or damaged shipments: If your order hasn’t arrived or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle it:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition  with tags attached and no damage.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or significantly different from what was described.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • Custom-sized or personalized rugs cannot be returned unless they are materially different from what you ordered.
  • Defective or damaged items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos. Depending on the situation, we’ll offer a repair, a replacement, or a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site including photos, product descriptions, the Artizania Shop name, logo, and any other materials  belongs to us or our licensors. Please don’t copy, reproduce, or use our content for any purpose without getting our written permission first.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our products are sold as described, without additional warranties beyond what’s stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artizania Shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of use, lost profits, or any other losses that weren’t directly and foreseeably caused by us.

If you have a valid claim against us, our total liability will not exceed the value of the order in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be handled in the appropriate courts of Wyoming.

8. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
