Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Because our products are handmade by Moroccan artisans, preparation times may occasionally take longer during busy periods or when items are restocked.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer several shipping options depending on your location.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days

International Shipping
Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days, depending on your country, customs processing, and the shipping carrier.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days, and they may affect delivery times.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Information

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

If your tracking number does not show movement after several days, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, or local taxes.

These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Artizania Shop is not responsible for customs delays or additional charges once the package reaches your country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

Artizania Shop cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping service.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the situation and provide a suitable solution such as a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may still request a return after receiving the product according to our return policy.
